    托福口语Task4-6答题模板怎么用

    简单说一下task4 和 task6,这两个题目偏学术,没有固定的模板可以遵循,就看听力的能力怎么样,能听懂完整的版本,就顺着听力内容讲。

    实例解析

    task 4要切题回答。

    题目:using the prof‘s eg to explain reactance?

    回答:reactance means…for eg…听力中的故事顺下来就可以了。

    不要加in the reading , it says… 等字眼,太刻板。

    task6 的题目也是一样切题回答。

    题干: using the professor’s example to explain 2 advantages of franchising?

    回答: the first advantage is that… for example, the second advantage is that… such as…

    托福口语Task6实例赏析

    广大托友们一定很清楚IBT口语中难度系数最高的就是属于Integrated speaking的Task6,因为它仅仅提供一段长达2分钟的lecture,然后要求大家用20seconds来prepare,并且必须在1分钟之内陈述出来。那么多说无益,我今天就拿来客户的三篇task6实例和大家一

    Task6常见问题

    1、虽然已经掌握了Lecture中所透露的基本信息,但是还是会遗漏一些重要信息分支或者是关键词汇。

    2、对一些比较生僻的地理专有名词把握得不是很好,然后一概用一些泛指的词汇来代替。

    3、用词方面存在的问题:首先,在陈述中重复使用一些词汇,严重影响口语表达的丰富性和多样性;然后,对一些行近词并没有精确把握。行近词很容易给人造成混淆,但是它们的真正意思却很不相同,所以如果没有很准确地把握而混用了行近词,可以想象的到出来的表达效果会让人啼笑皆非!

    实例1

    Using points and examples from the talk, describe traditional beliefs about trees, and explain why people have thought of trees as special.

    Sample answer

    ①Some people believe that the first people come from ash trees.②Some people believe trees can help people avoid some special bone disease. ③Some people believe the branch of trees can help them find water on the ground.④ ⑷Andpeople have thought of trees as special because trees is important people.⑤⑸Trees can provide food or use as building materials.

    解析

    ①中表述了其中的基本信息,但是太过于笼统,遗漏了一些细节。

    Better expression: The Norse people and Algonquin people both honored the ash tree as cosmic tree. According to their traditions, the first human beings come from the ash tree.

    ②对听力材料中所给出信息的理解有所偏差。

    Better expression: The Europeans in North America also hold beliefs about trees. They think that people can avoid getting a disease of the bones by carrying the seeds of buckeye tree in their pockets.

    ③Better expression: They also hold the opinion that the branch of the hazel trees can help water dowsers to find water underground.

    说明:本段陈述中多次重复使用believe,这对体现语言的多样性表达不是很好!而且遗漏了water dowser探井人这个关键信息词,此外我们知道寻找水源都是在地下进行,故不能使用on the ground而应该是underground。本段的人称使用的是they,因为它和②中的主语是一致的,都是The Europeans in North America对trees的different beliefs.

    ④Better expression: Trees are important for people.

    说明:类似这样的基本语法错误实在是不应该犯的!

    ⑤Better expression: trees can provide many life’s necessities for people, such as, food, oils, building materials, medicines, spices and dyes.

    总体评析:这位托友已经把握lecture中的基本信息,语言基本流畅,但是表达不够完整、精确、缺少细节,而且其对地理名词的掌握得并不好,都一概用some people来代替,这是很不可取的,针对这个问题就需要大家在平常的学习中有系统地积累一些专有名词。
