Note that in UK English if you start with Dear Sir or Dear Madam, you should end with Yours faithfully. But if you use the person’s name, you should end with Yours sincerely. This rule may seem arbitrary, but it is one of the rules of formal letter writing that is widely known in the UK; therefore I recommend you stick to it. However, there is no such strict rule in the US.

Here are some example closing sentences for emails:

I look forward to hearing from you.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I look forward to receiving your reply.

I look forward to seeing you.

I look forward to meeting you.

I look forward to speaking to you on this matter.

Please let me know a convenient time for us to meet.

If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I will let you know more details as soon as I have them.

Please feel free to call me any time on my mobile: 0099 999 999 999

I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.

As this matter is urgent, I would be grateful for a swift response.

可以使用"I am writing to……"

I am writing to share more information with you about……(分享更多的信息)

I am writing to inform you of……(告知)

I am writing to let you know that……(通知,告知)

    I am writing to inquire……(咨询)

Thank you for your email"。

Thank you for your quick/prompt reply.

Thank you for the updated information.(更新的信息)

Thank you for getting back to me.(回复)

    Thanks for the mail.

Thank you for calling me yesterday to discuss……(感谢您昨天的来电,我们讨论了……)

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding……(就……

I hope you and your family had a great holiday.

Hope you had a great weekend!

    Apologies for the late reply.

    Sorry for the delay.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

Apologies for the short notice.(short notice

Please let me know what you think.

Let me know your thoughts.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    I’m looking forward to your input/insights/ideas.

I hope this information is helpful.
