慈溪韦博青少年英语培训中心每个课程都有等级划分，而学员们要达到这些阶段，需要采取不同的步骤。每一个步骤都以其特有的功能，使整个课程成为一个梯进的学习过程。学生通过学习掌握工作和生活中需要的英语能力。因此为帮助学员解决学习上的问题，采取用先进的多媒体教学与外教4人以下小班授课相结合的教学模式，让学员拥有大量的时间与外教老师一对一讨论，一对一辅导。

主题培训课程 Theme training course
课程完整、连续，充分遵循孩子的认知规律，知识点及学习方法由浅入深。整体学习过程中，英语语言、学科知识、英语思维、应用能力如螺旋般提升。
潜心研发的青少年英语课程涉及日常口语类，托福雅思类，小单元课程(语法学习、阅读理解学习)等等，让孩子的未来有更多选择的机会!在生活中，用英语先听说，再读写，是英语学习的基础；多种文体的阅读、写作、口语表达，让孩子对英语的理解深入到知识层面；西方文学有很强的逻辑关系，运用时间轴排序、韦恩图对比、网状图归因、鱼骨图梳理因果关系等方法，培养孩子的英语思维。
