A: I've made a tough decision. Here is my resignation.
B : Why? I'm thinking about promoting you.
A : To be honest ,I've got a better offer.
B : Congratulations !
A :Thank you ! I've really enjoyed working with you. However think it's about time for me to leave.

A : I've found a new position at another company .
B : May I ask you why?
A : Well, I feel I've grown professionally as much as I can here , and I need some new challenges.
B:I see. Were there any other reasons
A:To he honest,the chances for advancement air, gaol ,and the money is just too good to turn down.
B :I suppose it's too late to make any sort of counter offer.
A: It was the chance of a lifetime ,and I really felt couldn't turn it down.
B : Wedd, I'm sad to see you go. But I do want to wish you all the best in your new career.
