A: How do you dress for work?
B: Casual Fridays are allowed in our company. What about you?
A: Our Company didn't have a dress code, but I think people would wear formalclothing(正装)to work.
B: Well, I think it depends on the situations.
A: Maybe that's true for some positions, but I think the marketing and sales staff would definitely not agree. They are usually well-dressed! You can't go out for your client's appointment if you wear sneakers and jeans. It's just not respectful to your client.
B: For me, I would rather be an honest and reliable salesman than a painted salesman.
A: It's not simple like that. Dressing professional clothing means you are professional.
The image that you show to others is so important in business. It is also related to(与……有关)company image.
B: Maybe you're right, but I'll take my casual dress every day!

Sunday Best.
(2) would rather... than… 也可用would... rather than…句型。如:
I would rather go to the cinema than go shopping.
I would go to the cinema rather than go shopping.
